Akron Artwalk
The Akron ArtWalk is a quarterly celebration of the arts featuring artist vendors, creative activities, music, food, and more throughout Akron's Historic Arts District. The March ArtWalk is supported in part by the Summit County Developmental Disabilities Board (Summit DD) to Empower People of All Abilities. The theme is Creative Voices: Empowering Artists of All Abilities, which is centered around celebrating Developmental Disabilities Awareness Month.

Summit DD, the levy-funded agency that provides essential services for more than 5,000 children and adults in Summit County, will provide information on the resources they provide to community members. This ongoing partnership assists Summit Artspace with expanding our accessibility initiatives. Summit Artspace also partners with Curated Storefront, Akron Soul Train, The Nightlight, Akron Public Library, Akron Art Museum, Northside District, Art X Love, and Akron Bazaar.
This program brings new and returning visitors to our downtown area by creating an inclusive, accessible focus on our city's arts and local businesses. The ArtWalk is always free and open to the public.
