Ohio Land Bank Association Annual Conference

Local community leaders presented to practitioners from across Ohio at this year's Ohio Land Bank Association’s Annual Conference.

Led by prominent local leaders including Shirley Finney, Bridget Ambrisco, Katherine Holmok, and Lisa Nunn, the panel explored the transformative integration of Green Infrastructure and CPTED (Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design) in the vicinity of schools and parks. Through case studies, participants witnessed firsthand the tangible benefits of this placemaking approach, as it not only enhances security but also enriches the aesthetic appeal of public spaces. This session took a deep dive into the work of Priority 8, Placemaking, and how our public spaces can thrive in the urban core.
